Ken Herold
Ken Herold, presently an administrator at Hamilton College in Clinton, NY, has an MLIS from UC Berkeley. His library career has specialized in law and legal research. Ken wishes to express his deepest gratitude to Tibet Justice Center for hosting his report, Tibet and the United States of America: An Annotated Chronology of Relations in the 20th Century, 2nd edition, 1994.
