Latest developments in landmark Tibet case

There is currently a case in the Spanish courts which accuses five Chinese leaders, including recent Prime Minister of China Hu Jintao, of committing crimes such as torture and genocide against the Tibetan people. This decade-long case has recently been making headway, and headlines, as China attempts to pressure the Spanish government into stopping the case proceedings by changing its own laws. Tibet Justice Center very much applauds the work of the team behind the case – lawyer Jose Esteve Molto, and campaigner Alan Cantos of CAT.
